At MiVision Eye Care, we combine advanced ophthalmic technology with the personal attention of an independent, locally rooted practice. Dr. Melanie Mihlstin, a Michigan-trained ophthalmologist, has cared for patients throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region for more than a decade.

Dr. Mihlstin has extensive experience in cataract surgery, premium intraocular lenses, glaucoma management, diabetic eye disease, and refractive procedures including Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL), LASIK and PRK.

She founded MiVision with a simple goal: to provide high-quality medical and surgical eye care in a more personal, patient-focused environment. Every decision at MiVision is guided by the belief that your vision deserves time, attention, and access to the best technology available.
