Dr. Melanie Mihlstin, a Michigan-trained ophthalmologist, has been caring for patients in the Great Lakes Bay Region for more than a decade. Before founding MiVision, she practiced at Andersen Eye Associates, where she gained extensive experience in cataract surgery, premium intraocular lenses, glaucoma management, diabetic eye disease, and refractive procedures such as Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL), LASIK and PRK.

Dr. Mihlstin founded MiVision with a clear goal — to bring that same trusted, high-quality care to a more personal, patient-focused environment.
