With over 30 years of ophthalmic experience, Nancy brings both deep knowledge and a calm, reassuring presence to every patient visit. Her background in ophthalmology and optometry allows her to support each step of your care with precision and compassion. I’ve been getting shots in my eyes for seven years, have been treated by quite a few different ophthalmologists and. Dr. Mihlstin is the best by far. Her technique is so good that I don’t dread the shots anymore. She really does take as much time as you need to ask questions at each appointment. I have to admit that I was worried going into an ophthalmologist, not knowing whether I'd need eye surgery or something worse. Dr. Mihlstin alleviated those fears for me. She told me up front what my issue was, gave me a plan as to how we could resolve it, and helped me get it fixed. I'm incredibly happy with the service I received and will be referring anyone I know to come see her if they need cataract surgery in Saginaw or anything else vision related.
